RESIDENTS PLEASE ACCOMPANY GUEST WHEN USING THE LAKE FACILITIES. TO AVOID FINES PLEASE REMEMBER, NO VEHICLES OR ATV'S OF ANY KIND ON THE DAM WALL.

JOIN A COMMITTEE: Email [email protected]. 1) Welcome Committee (includes meet the new neighbors, organizing gatherings, birth celebrations, meals and flowers etc for sickness, bereavement, 2) Maintenance Committee: (any maintenance issues with the grounds, organizing work days, beautification projects etc. 3) Architectural Committee: This committee will be responsible for bringing information to the board for approval on ANY structural changes or additions a homeowner is considering making to their home or on their property. The committee will also over see the new building sites and ensure all restrictions on style and size of the home are being upheld. This committee will also present home owner violations to the HOA.

The beautification project has began at the front entrance. We are All anxious to see the finished product. It will be worth the wait!
03-31-15 The front entrance is continuing to progress. Letters are ordered for the Sandstone sign and the landscaping will be put in this week. The sprinkler system has been repaired and is in working order. Ramon Outdoor LLC workmanship is excellent. We have already received several great comments from homeowners as well as from people that do not live here. The Lake was fertilized yesterday by Wayne and Neal. Home Owner dues are at work keeping our neighborhood great!

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY IN ADVANCE, CHRISTINA PETRILLO WILL GET THE PERMIT FOR YOU. DEADLINE FOR EARLY PAY IS APRIL 14TH OTHERWISE YOU WILL NEED TO GET YOUR PERMIT FROM THE CITY OF PELHAM.

04-07-16 Spring has arrived!!!! We are all spring cleaning and getting ready for spring break and vacation. Please keep in mind 2.17 of the covenants. No automobiles or other vehicles will be stored on any lot or common area or kept on blocks unless in the basement or garage of a dwelling. BOATS, UTILITY TRAILERS, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND TRAVEL TRAILERS must be parked or stored in the basement or garage of a dwelling or within a completely enclosed structure on a lot, which structure must be approved by the committee. No tractor-trailer trucks, panel vans or other commercial trucks in excess of 1 ton classification shall be parked or stored on any lot or common area except during initial construction of a dwelling on a lot. Violations are subject to individual assessments.
